These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gringosi Radio 24/7 Discord bot ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to your Discord server or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.
By inviting or using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Bot connects to a voice channel on your Discord server and streams the Gringosi Radio internet radio station (https://radio.gringosi.com/radio). It provides the following text commands (using the ! prefix by default; server managers can change it, see below):
!joinradio, !play – Join your current voice channel and start streaming.!exitradio, !stop, !leave, !disconnect – Leave the voice channel and stop playback.!pause, !resume – Pause or resume playback.!status – Display the Bot's current status and stream link.!nowplaying, !np, !trenutno – Display the title of the currently playing song.!promeniprefix, !setprefix – Change the Bot's command prefix for this server (requires the "Manage Server" permission).The Bot also displays the currently playing song as its Discord activity status, and will automatically try to reconnect and resume the stream if it is disconnected or restarted.
The Bot only streams the official Gringosi Radio internet radio station. It does not stream from any other source, and cannot be used to play arbitrary user-supplied audio or links. All music streamed through the Bot is broadcast with the appropriate rights or permissions held by Gringosi Radio.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Bot or the underlying radio stream will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. You use the Bot entirely at your own risk, and we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from its use or unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gringosi Radio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Bot.
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue any feature or command of the Bot at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or revoke the Bot's access to your server, or to any user, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including misuse of the Bot.
By using the Bot, you agree to comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. You are responsible for how the Bot is used on your server, including ensuring that server members using the Bot do so in accordance with these Terms and Discord's policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
